Ms. Whitnee Leigh Roberts
New Moon Health & Wellness, PLLC is a Native American, woman-owned small business founded by Owner/Managing Provider, Whitnee Leigh Roberts. Ms. Roberts has more than 15 years of experience in the medical and mental health field as a Registered Nurse (RN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and her past experience is as follows:

Key Employees
The key personnel in our office begin with our managing medical provider, and owner of New Moon Health & Wellness, Ms. Whitnee Roberts, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. Ms. Roberts earned her associate degree in nursing from Bladen Community College in 2007. Then she earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Winston-Salem State University in 2011. Later, she returned to school in 2015 and earned her Master of Science in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Most recently, she obtained her certification as a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University in 2020. New Moon Health & Wellness will operate in Lumberton, NC, and is currently identifying potential locations. This in turn will create 3 new additional jobs which include an office manager, a receptionist, and a medical billing position.
